Job summary

TAAS Partners in Mumbai is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to support and coordinate the India supply chain for essential medicines and health products. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, life sciences, or related field.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or distribution supply chains.
  • Experience in inventory, warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Experience working with ERP systems; Odoo experience is preferred.
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to work with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, vendors and field teams.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Analytical and process-oriented, with a practical approach to improving day-to-day supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day inventory and warehouse-related supply chain operations.
  • Coordinate GRN processing and resolve GRN, batch and stock-related issues.
  • Manage stock returns from Stockists and Super Stockists, including related credit note processing.
  • Monitor quarantine stock and support physical inventory verification.
  • Monitor expiry stock and coordinate expiry liquidation activities.
  • Manage schemes and product availability updates in the ERP.
  • Coordinate distributor orders and dispatch planning between warehouses.
  • Coordinate with Accounts on GST, inventory entries, debit notes, returns and related accounting matters.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, vendors and field teams on supply chain requirements and issues.
  • Follow up with Area Managers and Super Stockists on supply and operational matters.
  • Coordinate secondary courier and transporter activities and support E-Way Bill and transporter setup.
  • Track vendor performance and dispatch issues and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Support warehouse operations improvement initiatives and implementation of process improvements.
  • Conduct and support physical warehouse audits and ensure inventory records are maintained accurately.
  • Support Odoo implementation, process migration, user adoption and ongoing ERP process improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain supply chain SOPs and process documentation.
  • Monitor sales schemes and product availability to support uninterrupted distribution.
  • Support stockist and Super Stockist operations and resolve day-to-day supply issues.
  • Manage supply chain queries and ensure timely follow-up and closure across stakeholders.

Who you are (probably)

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.

Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or distribution supply chains.

Experience in inventory, warehouse and distribution operations.

Experience working with ERP systems; Odoo experience is preferred.

Strong coordination skills and ability to work with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse,

vendors and field teams.
