The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of banking operations and customer service. You will handle queries on banking products, accounts, transactions, and services, provide timely solutions via calls or other channels, verify documents, maintain records, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• 0-5 years of experience in Banking or Customer Support
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to build a career in banking may also apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to banking products, accounts, transactions and services.
• Provide timely and accurate resolution to customer requests through calls, or other support channels.
• Assist customers with account-related services, transaction queries and service requests.
• Verify customer documents and ensure accuracy of forms and banking records.
• Track customer requests and ensure closure within defined TAT/SLA.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests and transactions.
• Identify discrepancies or errors and elevate them to the appropriate team.
• Follow banking processes, internal controls, data-security guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Handle escalations professionally and ensure effective resolution.
• Achieve defined quality, productivity, TAT and customer-service parameters.
