We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Customer Care Executives to join our team in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customers through voice and chat support, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and requests through international voice and chat support.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
• Maintain a professional and courteous communication style throughout customer interactions.
• Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure high-quality customer service while meeting defined SLA, CSAT, AHT, and productivity targets.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM/ticketing systems.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and process updates.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward first-contact resolution.
• Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to shift schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable handling international customers over voice and chat.
