Job summary

Amoha Patisserie India in Raipur is seeking Bakery Commis I–III to join our premium patisserie team. You will assist in the production of bakery and patisserie items, support senior chefs in mise-en-place, and help maintain hygiene and quality across daily kitchen operations.

Ideal candidates bring basic bakery knowledge, a willingness to learn, and a passion for baking within a collaborative kitchen culture based in Raipur.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of bakery and patisserie techniques.
• Prior experience in bakery / café / hotel / cloud kitchen is a plus
• Experience or exposure to vegan and gluten-free desserts is a plus (not mandatory)
• Willingness to learn, follow SOPs, and work in a team
• Passion for baking and professional kitchen discipline
