Job summary

Trama Power in Surat is seeking an energetic Back Office Sales Executive (Tele Sales) to generate sales through phone calls from the office. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain products, share quotes via WhatsApp or email, follow up with leads, and aim to close orders while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Fresher welcome with 0–3 years tele sales experience; strong communication and basic MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years experience in Tele Sales (Fresher Are Welcome)
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Comfortable with daily calling
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound inquiry calls and convert them into sales
