Job summary

Ivenus is seeking a TeleSales Executive to join our sales team in Surat and Pune. You will make outbound sales calls to prospective customers, following SOPs to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate feedback.

You will coordinate with store teams to complete customer sales conversions and build strong relationships through regular communication. You will be responsible for achieving daily and monthly KPIs, including call volume, lead conversion, and sales targets, while maintaining accurate
