Job summary

DJ Associates Ahmedabad is seeking a seasoned sales support professional to streamline quotations, orders, invoicing and customer inquiries for electrical products.

You will coordinate with customers, sales teams, dealers, warehouse, logistics and accounts to ensure smooth order execution, timely delivery and accurate sales documentation. The ideal candidate has 13 years of experience, excellent MS Excel skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 13 years of experience in sales support/back office.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, quotation preparation, order processing, invoicing and sales documentation.
• Strong communication, customer handling, follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience in electrical products, dealers/distributors, B2B sales or technical product sales preferred.
