• Prepare and maintain quotations and proforma invoices.
• Enter and update data accurately in MS Excel and company records.
• Prepare Excel reports, MIS reports, and maintain daily data.
• Coordinate with the Sales and other departments for required information.
• Maintain customer details order records and follow-up data.
• Inquiry Management: update inquiries in Excel, update inquiry status and ensure timely follow-up.
• Lead generation via WhatsApp and calls and follow up with prospective customers.
