Job summary

Role & responsibilities

• Strong experience in Incident Management and Application Support.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Grafana, Azure Monitor, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Proven experience supporting production environments.
• Strong database knowledge with hands-on SQL (query writing, debugging, data analysis).
• Knowledge on Python, PowerShell, automation/scripting.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, monitoring, automation).
• Candidate should be able prepare reports and able to present to the internal audience.
• Candidate need to be flexible to support in PROD issue.
