Job summary

AXIS DIRECT is seeking an proactive Application Support Engineer in Navi Mumbai to support enterprise applications. The role requires 3 to 5 years of experience, strong troubleshooting, API, database, and production support skills, plus documentation and communication excellence.

You will work with REST APIs, SQL databases, Linux/Windows systems, and on‑premises infrastructure, with exposure to Jira/Confluence and monitoring/logging tools.

Qualifications

• REST APIs and API troubleshooting.
• Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and non‑relational databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis) experience.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of on‑premises infrastructure, AWS Cloud, and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and production support tools.
• Strong SQL and log analysis skills.
• Excellent documentation, RCA preparation, and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

Required Skills
