Job summary

Infosys is seeking an AWS Production Support Engineer to manage live production systems, incident management, and troubleshooting. The role requires hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and production environments.

You will provide L2/L3 support for Java-based applications, handle incidents, perform RCA, and coordinate with development teams for permanent fixes. Ideal candidates will have strong AWS production environment exposure, familiarity with log monitoring tools like

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in production support for Java-based applications.
• Experience handling live production systems, incidents, and RCA.
• Strong knowledge of AWS production environments and monitoring.
• Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications
• Handle production incidents, bug fixes, and application issues
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
• Monitor applications and systems using tools (Splunk, Kibana, etc.)
• Work on deployment support and release activities
• Collaborate with development teams for permanent fixes
• Ensure application stability, performance, and uptime

Required Skills

• Strong experience in AWS SUPPORT
• Hands-on experience in Spring Boot / Microservices
• Good knowledge of REST APIs
• Experience in production support / incident management
• Understanding of SQL / databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
• Exposure to Unix/Linux commands
• Familiarity with log monitoring tools (Splunk / Kibana / Dynatrace)

Good to Have

• Experience with Angular or React
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git)
