Infosys Hyderabad is seeking an experienced L2/L3 Production Support engineer to manage applications hosted on AWS. You will monitor environments, troubleshoot across stacks, and drive incident resolution in a fast-paced production setting.

You will collaborate with Development, DevOps, Cloud Infra, Security and Database teams, create runbooks and SOPs, participate in 24x7 on-call rotations, and implement automation to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2/L3 production support for applications hosted on AWS cloud.
• Monitor production environments and proactively identify performance bottlenecks and service disruptions.
• Troubleshoot application, server, database, network, and cloud infrastructure issues.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problem management, and change management activities.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and implement preventive solutions.
• Support deployment activities and release management during planned maintenance windows.
• Monitor system health, logs, alerts, and application performance metrics.
• Work closely with Development, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, and Database teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with defined SLAs, OLAs, and operational procedures.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call support and 24x7 production support rotations.
• Implement automation to reduce manual operational efforts and improve system reliability.
