Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer (AWS, DevOps, Linux) in Bengaluru. The role requires 8–10 years of hands-on experience in application and production support, Linux administration, and cloud infrastructure management.

You will own incident management, RCA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable deployments and optimized CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in application and production support.
• Proficient in Linux server administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Experience with incident and problem management and RCA.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools.
• Perform Linux server administration and troubleshooting.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Support application deployments, releases, and environment management.
