Mployee.me in Hyderabad seeks a senior Production Support Engineer to own end-to-end support for Java Spring/Spring Boot applications hosted on AWS. You will ensure high availability, resolve incidents, and contribute to performance improvements.

You will lead triage, perform deep log analysis, conduct RCA, and create runbooks and SOPs to reduce MTTR. Mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with DevOps and engineering teams are key parts of the role.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of overall experience with strong ownership in Production Support for enterprise applications.
• Hands-on expertise in Java Spring and Spring Boot, including debugging production issues and implementing fixes.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS in a production environment, including troubleshooting and operational support.
• Proven experience with incident management, RCA, and driving issues to resolution with clear communication.

• Monitor and troubleshoot AWS-based components, ensuring secure access, stable configurations, and cost-aware operations.
• Partner with teams to improve observability and reliability through better monitoring, alerting, and automation opportunities.
