• Proven leadership of global HR CoEs, including Learning, Talent Development, HR Operations, or Transformation.
• Strong expertise in HR Transformation, Digital HR, Analytics, Change Management, Talent Management, and Performance Architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline; postgraduate/executive education from premier institutions preferred.
