You will lead Talent Acquisition for leadership and critical roles, drive HRMS/HRIS implementation, workforce planning, and employee engagement, collaborating with HR, Technology, and business partners to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Execution-oriented HR professional with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Digital Transformation, Leadership Hiring, HRMS/HRIS Management, Workforce Planning, and Employee Engagement.
• Relevant work experience in the private higher education sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition for leadership and critical roles.
• Drive the selection, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of HRMS/HRIS platforms and vendors.
• Act as the functional coordinator between HR, Technology teams, business users, and HRMS/HRIS vendors to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Translate approved HR priorities into implementation plans, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Prepare workforce reports, dashboards, management presentations, policy notes, and decision papers for senior management review.
• Conduct benchmarking and market analysis for workforce practices, compensation, hiring trends, and HR technology.

Role Purpose

The Human Resources professional will assist the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) in implementing the organization’s people strategy and modernizing HR processes, systems, and service delivery.

The role requires an execution-oriented HR professional with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Digital Transformation, Leadership Hiring, HRMS/HRIS Management, Workforce Planning, and Employee Engagement. The incumbent will work closely with HR, Technology, business stakeholders, and external partners to drive effective implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
