  • Strong partnership and collaboration with business and tech leaders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and talent analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and talent management software.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills; mentoring others.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
