About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Data and Digital Transformation Specialist to drive the effective use of HR technology, data analytics, and digital initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring data integrity, supporting HR platforms, driving digital transformation projects, and enabling the HR function to make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular HRIS data integrity checks, testing of system changes, and analysis of data flows to ensure smooth operations.
- Extract, collate, and maintain reports using reporting tools while ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Provide proactive support for HR platforms including Workday, SuccessFactors, and Phenom People, resolving system issues and recommending solutions.
- Participate in major platform releases, integrations, and system upgrades, ensuring proper testing and documentation of enhancements.
- Maintain, update, and improve HRIS procedures, documentation, and system configurations.
- Manage HR digital and data-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Champion HR technology adoption by leading proof-of-concept initiatives and building practical use cases.
- Train HR team members on HRIS, data analytics tools, and digital solutions to enhance overall team capability.
- Stay updated with emerging HR technologies, including AI-driven HR applications and automation solutions.
- Create impactful HR dashboards and data visualizations to support business insights and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data governance principles, data privacy regulations, and protection laws.
- Provide data-driven insights to support HR transformation, employee experience, and talent management strategies.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- Strong knowledge of HR data management, HRIS, and digital HR tools.
- Proficiency in data analytics, visualization, and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Phenom People); back-end configuration knowledge a plus.
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance regulations.
- Knowledge of emerging digital HR trends such as AI-driven HR applications, employee engagement platforms, and automation.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to deliver HR digital transformation projects.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for system, process, and data-related issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, HR Technology, or related field.
- Workday or SuccessFactors certification is advantageous.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (mandatory).
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMP) certification preferred.
Experience
- Proven experience managing HRIS platforms and large databases with a focus on HR analytics and reporting.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital HR transformation projects and data governance.
- Experience supporting talent analytics and digital adoption within HR.
- Exposure to M&A processes and ability to lead cross-functional HR technology integrations.
