Qualifications

• B.Com is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in relevant domain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with TSS to book orders and manage LC related processes.
• Coordinate with Order Execution & Export Commercial teams to ensure smooth shipment processes.
• Coordinate with HO and ZO for release of payments to internal and external customers.
• Handle booking and accounting of expenses for business in Bangladesh.
• Prepare and manage Dealership Agreements, renewals, terminations and data maintenance.
• Record Accounts Receivable and Payable entries.
• Assist in preparation of Statutory Returns/ Assessments as required.

Job description

• Coordination with TSS to book Order & collect the OC. Prepare and submit PI, follow up and collection of Letter of Credit, payments and Expired Bank Guarantees/ EMD and other statutory forms.


• Coordination with Order execution & Export Commercial team to make smoot shipment process.


• Coordination with HO and ZO towards release of payments to internal and external customers.


• Responsible for booking and accounting of expenses related to business in Bangladesh.


• Preparing Dealership Agreements, Renewal, Termination and maintenance of data.


• Responsible for raising the accounting entries for Accounts Receivable and Payable.


• Assist in preparation of Statutory Returns/ Assessments as and when required.

Requirement profile: Formal education: B. Com Professional experience: In years: 8 – 10 years’ experience Defined competencies: Good in contacts with employees / clients and dealers Good in communication Good in problem solving, listening etc.
