Qualifications

• Formal education in engineering is required.
• Professional experience as specified: 10–14 years or 8–10 years.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-time delivery of orders and ensure Monthly & Weekly sales plan is achieved.
• Monitor Z9 orders & Advance pending orders for timely clearance / Advance collection.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings with customers and internal teams for new and big orders.
• Ensure periodic review of orders for document approval and amendment approval.
• Monitor and ensure order status is sent to major customers periodically.
• Ensure IBR TC’s are dispatched to clients and dealers on time.
• Divert non-moving stock to possible customers.
• Ensure timely third-party inspection and obtain inspection release notes.
• Monitor submission of final technical documents.
• Visit major customers periodically and conduct meetings for seamless order execution.
• Prepare necessary MIS reports.

• Ensuring the Non-moving stock is diverted to possible customers.
• Ensure timely third-party inspection and obtain inspection release notes.
• Monitoring submission of final technical documents.
• Visiting Major customers periodically/conducting meetings periodically for Seamless execution of all major orders.
• Prepare necessary MIS reports.
