Responsibilities

• Performance management: develop company-level budget, set KPIs across functions, monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions
• Performance review: prepare monthly financial reviews (P&L, product/segment profitability, working capital) and follow-up actions
• CAPEX management: consolidate budgets, track actuals, and report budget variances; support CAPEX tool
• SAP master data management: maintain cost center master, PR approval and CAPEX hierarchies
• Corporate expenses: monitor, analyze, and report budget vs actuals; liaise with functions
• Automation & digitization: identify, implement projects to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Audit coordination with plants and internal controls
• Central controlling activities: harmonize processes with plants and functions
