Job summary

Aerolam Insulations is seeking an Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead sales in the Mumbai territory for building materials. You will develop and manage dealer networks, identify opportunities, and drive monthly and annual targets through proactive market development.

The role requires 4-8 years of experience in building materials sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel extensively to serve customers, builders, and contractors across the region.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience in Building Material products.
• Experience in Roofing / Metal Roofing / PEB / Construction Materials preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong market knowledge and customer-handling ability.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
• Candidates with dealer/distributor or project sales experience will be preferred.
