Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in automation maintenance.
• B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical/Mechatronics is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good troubleshooting skills and fault analysis.

Responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling, and implementing preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance of automation systems.
• Troubleshooting of breakdowns and reviewing deficiencies from corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate with project teams during erection and commissioning of automated tyre handling processes.
• Coordinate with utilities, electrical and electronics functions to address equipment concerns.
• Ensure targets for equipment availability (MTBF/MTBR) are met and manage spares for Automation area.

Purpose of the Job: To improve production facilities, reduce theincidence of costly breakdowns and To ensure maximum availability of automation system byimproving Reliability of system and safety of plant

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Planning, scheduling, and implementation of Preventive, Predictive, Shutdown maintenance of Automation Systems.
• Trouble shooting of Breakdowns and Review deficiencies noted during corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate with project team in Erection, Commissioning activities of automated tyre handling process.
• Coordinate with central Engineering functions like utilities, Electrical and electronics function to address equipment concern.
• Ensure targets of Equipment availability, MTBR & MTBF are met.
• Spares management of Automation Area.
• Coordinate JH activities, 5S activities within automation Area.
• Optimize work process, adapt maintenance tools and procedures to improve equipment utilization and reliability, and minimize service quality incidents.
• Participate in Improvement activities likeKaizen, innovation programs
