• Monitor performance and suggest process improvements.

• Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machines and utilities.
• Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize production downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor machine performance and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams for smooth operations.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards.

Required Skills
