Job summary

Job Join Consultants in Ludhiana seeks a Lead Plant mechanical maintenance professional to oversee equipment uptime and TPM in an automotive setting. The role requires hands-on leadership and cross-functional exposure to CNC, press shop, machining, and assembly.

You will lead TPM and preventive and breakdown maintenance, manage a team, control costs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a demanding manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• B.tech regular with minimum 65% marks throughout.
• Candidate should demonstrate equipment uptime and MTBF focus.
• Experience in maintaining costs within budget.
• Proven breakdown reduction performance.
• Results in TPM and Kaizen implementation.
