Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, IT staffing, talent acquisition, candidate coordination, or technical support.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a technical education background may also be considered.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, desktop support, hardware, software, and troubleshooting concepts.
• Exposure to sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, JobStreet, SEEK, CV-Library, Indeed, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to UK, EU, Middle East, ANZ, or APAC recruitment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Hire for roles such as Desktop Support, EUC L1/L2, Field Technician, Network Support, and Data Center Technician.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, vendor networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, location, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with candidates, vendors, hiring managers, and internal teams.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and high-demand locations.
• Support offer management, onboarding documentation, joining confirmation, and deployment readiness.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and system updates.
• Support hiring across multiple countries, regions, and time zones.

• Exposure to UK, EU, Middle East, ANZ, or APAC recruitment is preferred.
• Understanding of permanent, contract, freelance, and contingent workforce hiring models is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple requirements.
• Knowledge of certifications such as A+, Network+, CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications is a plus.
