You will be responsible for developing hiring strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, and building strong relationships to maintain a talent pipeline. The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, along with solid communication and negotiation skills. Responsabilidades

• Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent.
• Analyzing the client's hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring.
• Using various channels to source candidates.
• Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions.
• Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviews.
• Building relationships with applicants and following up till joining.
• Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process.
