A leading talent acquisition firm in Gurgaon is seeking an Associate for Talent Acquisition and Management Services. You will be responsible for developing hiring strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, and building strong relationships to maintain a talent pipeline. The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, along with solid communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities

• Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent.
• Analyzing the client's hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring.
• Using various channels to source candidates.
• Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions.
• Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviews.
• Building relationships with applicants and following up till joining.
• Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process.
