Job summary

Outscale Partners is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong expertise in hiring for HR and Finance Shared Services functions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of partnering with business leaders, managing end-to-end recruitment, and building talent pipelines across multiple shared services domains.

The role will drive end-to-end recruitment for HR Shared Services and Finance Shared Services, develop sourcing strategies, screen and interview

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
• Drive hiring for HR Shared Services and Finance Shared Services functions.
• Develop sourcing strategies via portals, social media, referrals and agencies.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and close.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and hiring quality metrics.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche roles.
• Track and report recruitment metrics regularly.
• Deliver excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout process.

Job Summary

• Conduct candidate screening, assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and hiring quality metrics.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
• Track and report recruitment performance metrics on a regular basis.
• Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
