Job summary

Outscale Partners is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for HR Shared Services and Finance Shared Services. You will partner with business leaders, build talent pipelines and ensure SLAs are met.

The role requires sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and strong stakeholder communication. Onsite 5 days a week with cab facility and a comprehensive medical policy. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred; prior shared services hiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies through portals, social media, referrals, and agencies.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers and closures.
• Ensure recruitment SLAs and quality metrics are met.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
• Track and report recruitment performance metrics regularly.
• Deliver a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the process.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of partnering with business leaders, managing end-to-end recruitment, and building talent pipelines across multiple shared services domains.
