Job summary

Outscale Partners in Gurugram is seeking a recruiter to handle high-volume blue-collar hiring with a focus on US recruitment. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinating with Hiring Managers and regional teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Graduate in any discipline and 2+ years of experience are expected. The role operates in a hybrid setup with cab facilities and comprehensive medical insurance as part of the employee benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience for blue collar hiring.
• Experience in US Recruitment.
• Graduate in any discipline (BSC, BCom, BA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Post and share job openings on various platforms.
• Source & screen candidates from job sites, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Regional Recruiters on needs and processes.
• Conduct interviews and help decide the best fit for roles.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and guide candidates through the hiring process.

• Shift Timing: Flexible for US working hours (5:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST)

• Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews and help decide the best fit.
• Pipeline Management: Keep a list of potential candidates for future jobs.
• Candidate Communication: Guide candidates through the process and provide timely updates.
• Offer Management: Work with HR to create and send job offers.
• Tracking & Reporting: Monitor hiring progress and keep records.
• Employer Branding: Highlight company culture to attract talent.
• Compliance: Follow all hiring laws and company policies.
