Job summary

Outscale Partners is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving talent, culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The role involves strategic partnering, performance and talent management, employee relations, and analytics in a fast-paced environment.

The position is onsite with a 5-day workweek. Benefits include company-provided cab and comprehensive medical insurance coverage for specified dependents as per policy.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (full-time) preferred.
• Experience supporting business leaders in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering: translate business goals into people strategies and drive workforce planning and organization design.
• Performance & Talent Management: lead performance cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and coaching.
• Employee Relations & Culture: be the first point of contact for complex employee relations, foster accountability and inclusion.
• Employee Engagement: design and execute engagement initiatives and monitor employee experience metrics.
• People Analytics: analyze attrition, engagement, and HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
• Change Management: support organizational changes and enable adoption among leaders and employees.

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while driving talent, culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

• Shift Timing: (10:30am - 7:30pm )
• Work Mode: Onsite (5 days working)
• Cab Facility: Company-provided cab for pick-up and drop as per the Company's transport policy

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering

• Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and translate them into people strategies.
• Drive workforce planning, organization design, and talent initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on people data and trends

Performance & Talent Management

• Lead performance management cycles and talent review discussions.
• Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
• Coach managers on performance improvement and talent decisions.

Employee Relations & Culture

• Act as the first point of contact for complex employee relations matters.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and inclusion.
• Support policy interpretation and ensure fair, consistent people practices.

Employee Engagement

• Design and execute engagement initiatives.
• Monitor employee experience indicators and recommend improvements.
• Partner with managers to increase team effectiveness and retention.

People Analytics

• Analyze attrition, engagement, performance, hiring, and workforce metrics.
• Present actionable insights to leadership teams.
• Drive data-led decision making.

Change Management

• Support organizational change initiatives and business transformations.
• Enable leaders and employees through effective communication and adoption strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience supporting business leaders in fast-paced organizations, consulting firms, GCCs, BPMs, technology, or professional services environments.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HR analytics, dashboards, and HR technology platforms.
