Job summary

Sutherland in India is seeking a Consultant to deliver outstanding customer experience via calls, email, chat or social media, resolving inquiries promptly and meeting monthly customer satisfaction and productivity goals.

You will handle requests across channels, adhere to SLA, NDA and data security policies, complete mandatory upskilling, attend coaching, and maintain 100% schedule adherence while contributing to shrinkage reduction.

• Flexibility to work shifts including nights.

Responsibilities

• Resolving requests/inquiries via email, chat or social channels.
• Achieving contact center statistics and SLAs (contractual metrics).
• Adhering to NDA & data security policies.
• Completing upskilling & e-courses mandated by each program.
• Attending coaching sessions & ensuring feedback is implemented.
• Maintaining 100% schedule adherence and contributing to reducing program shrinkage.

Job Description:
Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience via calls, email, chat or social media to users by using the right principles to resolve any issues, inquiries or concerns. Making sure all of customers questions have been answered in a timely manner Attain monthly goals of Customer Satisfaction & Productivity.

You would be responsible for –
Resolving requests/inquiries made by customers via email, chat or Social
Achieving contact center statistics and SLAs (contractual metrics)
Adhering to non-disclosure agreement & data security policies
Completing upskilling & e-courses mandated by each program
Attending coaching sessions & ensure feedback is implemented
100% schedule adherence, no absenteeism & positively contribute to reducing program shrinkage

Qualifications:
Eligibility Criteria: Any full-time UG/PG Graduate (Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering/Pharma/MBA/MCA) – 2025 Passout can apply
