Sutherland is hiring a Customer Experience Consultant to deliver outstanding service via calls, email, chat or social media. You will resolve customer queries promptly, aiming for high satisfaction and productivity while adhering to NDA and data security policies.

You must be a full-time UG/PG graduate and willing to work night shifts; residents within 25 km of the Navi Mumbai office are preferred. Ongoing e-learning and coaching are part of the role.

Qualificações

• Any full-time UG/PG graduate (Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering/Pharma/MBA/MCA).
• 2025 passout candidates may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve requests/inquiries via email, chat or Social
• Hit contact center statistics and SLAs
• Adhere to NDA & data security policies
• Complete upskilling & e-courses mandated by each program
• Attend coaching sessions & implement feedback
• Maintain 100% schedule adherence and contribute to reducing shrinkage

Job Description

Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience via calls, email, chat or social media to users by using the right principles to resolve any issues, inquiries or concerns. Making sure all of customers questions have been answered in a timely manner Attain monthly goals of Customer Satisfaction & Productivity.

You would be responsible for -

• Resolving requests/inquiries made by customers via email, chat or Social
• Achieving contact center statistics and SLAs (contractual metrics)
• Adhering to non-disclosure agreement & data security policies
• Completing upskilling & e-courses mandated by each program
• Attending coaching sessions & ensure feedback is implemented
• 100% schedule adherence, no absenteeism & positively contribute to reducing program shrinkage

Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria: Any full-time UG/PG Graduate (Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering/Pharma/MBA/MCA) - 2025 Passout can apply

• Other Additional Skills required:
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Good analytical and typing skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts including nights.
• Candidates must reside within a radius of 25 Km of our office
