Job summary

Sutherland Global in Bengaluru is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to deliver outstanding experiences via calls, email, chat or social media. You will resolve inquiries using proper principles and aim to achieve monthly CSAT and productivity goals.

Responsibilities include handling requests via multiple channels, adhering to SLAs, NDA and data security, and completing mandatory upskilling courses. A flexible schedule including nights is required.

Qualifications

• UG/PG graduate required (Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering/Pharma/MBA/MCA).
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Good analytical and typing skills.
• Flexibility to work night shifts.
• Candidates must reside within 25 km of the office.

Responsibilities

• Resolving requests/inquiries via email, chat or Social media.
• Achieving contact center statistics and SLAs.
• Adhering to NDA & data security policies.
• Completing upskilling & e-courses mandated by each program.
• Attending coaching sessions & implementing feedback.
• Maintaining 100% schedule adherence and contributing to reducing program shrinkage.

Job Description:

Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience via calls, email, chat or social media to users by using the right principles to resolve any issues, inquiries or concerns. Making sure all of customers questions have been answered in a timely manner Attain monthly goals of Customer Satisfaction & Productivity.

You would be responsible for -

• Resolving requests/inquiries made by customers via email, chat or Social
• Achieving contact center statistics and SLAs (contractual metrics)
• Adhering to non-disclosure agreement & data security policies
• Completing upskilling & e-courses mandated by each program
• Attending coaching sessions & ensure feedback is implemented
• 100% schedule adherence, no absenteeism & positively contribute to reducing program shrinkage

Qualifications:

Eligibility Criteria: Any full-time UG/PG Graduate (Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering/Pharma/MBA/MCA) - 2025 Passout can apply
