• Assists with the screening and interviews of blue‑collar candidates within the framework of the short‑term position specification
• Assists with the recruitment of passive candidates, assessing local‑based candidate expertise and short‑term career potential to match specific client needs, including temporary and order‑based staffing requests
• Maintains tracking systems and communicates recruitment metrics for KPI measurement with identified stakeholders
• Supports the effectiveness analysis of different sourcing channels and adjusts approaches accordingly to attract blue‑collar candidates
• Utilizes various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify blue‑collar candidates with limited online presence
• Develops relationships with blue‑collar candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement process
• Communicates effectively the operational position opportunity and client value proposition to blue‑collar candidates
