• Supports the screening and interviews of blue‑collar candidates within the framework of the short‑term position specification
• Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and requirements related to short‑term career development within local‑based specialized fields
• Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Conducts market research to identify talent trends and inform sourcing strategies, ensuring a proactive approach to sourcing talent for temporary workers
• Identifies and researches potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify blue‑collar candidates with limited online presence
• Develops and maintains relationships with blue‑collar candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement process
• Prepares an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline, ensuring that talent aligns with the specific needs of small‑and mid‑sized clients
