• Coordinates interviews and assessments, managing complex scheduling and communication with stakeholders.
• Maintains candidate data in ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Prepares candidate summaries and documentation for client submissions.

• Supports onboarding activities, including document collection and compliance checks.
• Prepares simple recruitment reports on candidate volumes and pipeline status.
• Supports recruiters during high-volume hiring campaigns, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
