Job summary

You will identify and engage candidates with limited online presence and maintain relationships to deliver an ideal slate for small- and mid-sized clients, ensuring a smooth placement process.

Qualifications

• Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and requirements related to short-term career development within local-based specialized fields
• Builds and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Conducts market research to identify talent trends and inform sourcing strategies, ensuring a proactive approach to sourcing talent for temporary workers
• Identifies and researches potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify blue-collar candidates with limited online presence
