Job summary

PolicyBazaar is seeking an Associate Consultant Services to join our field-based team. You will visit customers at homes, hospitals, or workplaces to assist with health insurance documentation, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will explain policy coverage, benefits, exclusions, renewal processes, and claim procedures in simple terms, coordinate with operations, claims, and underwriting, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
