You will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain policy features, guide applicants through the application and purchase process, and maintain CRM records. Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service and negotiation skills, with a target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain insurance concepts clearly.
• Customer service and relationship-building with a focus on understanding needs and providing solutions.
• Sales and negotiation experience with targets, lead conversion, and handling objections.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM tools and standard office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree; relevant certifications in insurance or sales are an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
