Job summary

Rempact is seeking an Associate Program Manager - Academic Operations in Gurugram to oversee program delivery across academic functions, including scheduling, logistics, LMS management, and student engagement.

You will collaborate with CXOs and academic heads to align operations with institutional goals and drive continuous improvement, while owning stakeholder management across students, faculty, and internal teams to ensure a high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Education, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including CXOs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in LMS platforms, Excel, and performance dashboards.
