Work Profile

• Acting as a single point of contact for enrolled students, handling their queries and providing them resolution within a stipulated time.
• Working on student engagement, being in regular contact with the students, motivating them, and encouraging them to complete the program.
• Handling student orientation, briefing new students about the program journey, deliverables, processes, and making them familiar with the program outline.
• Creating a positive impact of the organization with the students by regular interaction, taking feedback from them, suggesting necessary alterations to the concerned department for enhancing the student learning experience.
• Collecting the testimonials (video and written) of the students about their experience, journey, and key takeaways.
• Working closely with associate partners and taking care of end-to-end operations related to them.
• Examination calendar preparation for all students.
• LMS content management
