Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to lead the design and implementation of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and integrations across global locations. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and document specifications.

The role requires 9+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong platform architecture knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• ITSM, ITOM, CMDB with Service Mapping experience.
• ITIL knowledge and ServiceNow certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the ServiceNow team to implement solutions across global locations.
• Provide technical expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications.
• Understand business needs and align with standardized processes and solution design.
• Prepare technical specifications and implementation documents.
• Develop and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
• Support CMDB implementation, maintenance, and optimization activities.
• Implement and support Service Mapping solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

• Experience: 9+years
• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Integrations
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices
• Experience in implementing and supporting ITSM and ITOM solutions
• Experience in CMDB management and Service Mapping implementation
• Experience in other ServiceNow modules such as SPM, GRC, or HRSD
• ITIL knowledge is preferred
• ServiceNow certification in any module is preferred
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience in developing technical solutions and performing integration testing
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global delivery environment
