Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a ServiceNow AIOps specialist to design, build, and optimize AIOps and Event Management solutions. You will work on integrations with monitoring tools and implement alert correlation to reduce noise.

Qualifications

• 5.5+ years in ServiceNow AIOps, Event Management, and ITOM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management solutions following ServiceNow best practices.
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow AIOps capabilities for critical apps and infrastructure.
• Implement Event Management, including alert ingestion, correlation, and noise reduction.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Build platform capabilities using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design ITOM solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
• Perform integration testing and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and deployments.
• Support platform upgrades and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience - 5.5+ years
• Strong experience in ServiceNow AIOps, Event Management, and ITOM
• Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow AIOps solutions
• Strong ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management and alert correlation capabilities
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and best practices
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• ServiceNow certifications in ITOM, Event Management, or AIOps will be an added advantage
