Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Store Incharge to manage and oversee the inventory, materials, and equipment at our real‑estate project sites. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of storekeeping practices within the real‑estate or construction sector, be well‑versed in inventory control systems, and capable of managing vendor coordination and stock audits efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire store operations at the construction/project site.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Receive, inspect, and document all incoming materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with procurement, project managers, and site engineers for timely availability of materials.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure zero discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems/software.
• Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) and proper material handling.
• Monitor material movement, consumption and wastage control at site.
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely deliveries and returns.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the storage area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and warehouse areas.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline; a background in Supply Chain or Logistics is an added advantage.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real‑estate/construction sector.
• Hands‑on experience with inventory management software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).
• Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials and project site operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage store personnel (if any).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Integrity and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Project site‑based role in Hyderabad.
• Interaction with cross‑functional teams including Project Management, Procurement and Accounts.
