Job summary

JITO is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Store to lead store and inventory operations across our project sites in India.

The role involves material receipt and issuance, inventory control, stock verification, timely bill processing, and maintaining accurate records while coordinating with purchase, accounts, vendors, and project teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability for project execution.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in store and inventory management across multiple project sites.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and advanced MS Excel; ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store and inventory operations across all project sites.
• Ensure timely receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Verify and process supplier bills and store-related documents on time.
• Maintain accurate stock records, registers, and ERP/Excel data.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Project teams for smooth material flow.
• Supervise and guide store personnel to ensure discipline and efficiency.
• Ensure proper preservation, safety, and security of stored materials.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory/MIS reports.
• Monitor material consumption and control wastage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
