Job summary

Organo Eco Habitats Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a meticulous Store Incharge to manage inventory, materials, and equipment at real estate project sites.

The role requires a solid understanding of storekeeping in construction, proficiency with inventory systems, and the ability to coordinate with procurement and site teams. The candidate should have 3–6 years of relevant experience, be well-versed in inventory control, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at the storage area.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline; a background in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management software such as Tally or ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials and site operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage store personnel and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire store operations at the construction/project site.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Receive, inspect, and document all incoming materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with procurement, project managers, and site engineers for timely availability of materials.
• Ensure proper documentation including GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, etc.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure zero discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems/software.
• Ensure FIFO and proper material handling.
• Monitor material movement, consumption, and wastage control at site.
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely deliveries and returns.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the storage area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and warehouse areas.
