Job summary

Rajhans Group of Industries in Surat, Gujarat, invites applications for a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations at project sites. You will receive, inspect, and record materials as per PO/delivery challans and maintain precise inventories of construction materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.

The role requires 3–5 years in store management, preferably in real estate, construction, or infra projects, with proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations at the project site.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of construction materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Issue materials to site teams against approved material requisition slips.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation, including GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and inventory reports.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials to prevent damage, loss, or theft.
• Coordinate with the Procurement, Accounts, and Site Engineering teams regarding material requirements and stock status.
• Track movement of returnable materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards within the store area.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
