Job summary

Delhivery is seeking an energetic Associate Inside Sales to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and upselling within our Intracity Logistics business, based in Chandigarh or Goa. You will manage customer relationships, handle inbound/outbound calls, identify needs, and upsell, while coordinating with internal teams and maintaining CRM-driven pipelines to hit sales targets.

Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply; 0–5 years of inside sales experience is preferred;

Qualifications

• 05 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer success.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet targets and upsell.
• Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.
