Job summary

CRI Group seeks a seasoned Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to lead vehicle assembly process knowledge and drive end-to-end engineering change management for current and new products. The role emphasizes process design, shop layout, and material handling systems across greenfield and brownfield projects.

The candidate will guide line balancing, process optimization, and the creation of critical documents such as PFMEA, PFD, Control Plans, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in vehicle assembly process knowledge from automobile industry or related industry.
• Subject matter expert in Manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process & Project planning activities.
• Hands‑on experience in handling end to end Engineering change management systems (ERN, ECR, etc.) in the existing and new products.
• Process improvements, Process optimization, line balancing and related tools and facility selections.
• Existing and New Process Design & Development, Shop layout, Material Handling Systems, Greenfield and brown field projects.
• Proficient in lead and drive the team to achieve business requirements.
• Systematic Problem solving approach, using Quality systems, Lean methodology, Continuous improvement and 5S.
• Skilled in developing Process Documents PFD, PFEMA, Control Plan, SOP
